Thank you for choosing Sitefiy. Whether self-paced or instructor-led, we ensure users
enjoy the process of finding, evaluating and purchasing our courses.
          These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern our website, applications, and other products and services ( govern your use of the “Services”). Because some of our Services may be software downloaded to your computer, phone, tablet or other device, you agree that we may update the software and these Terms will apply to those updates. Please read these Terms carefully and ask if you have any questions, requests for information or complaints. These affect your legal rights:

1. Using Sitefiy
Who Can Use Our Services

         •   Any violation of our terms, laws or regulations may result in suspension, closure or termination of your access to all or part of the Services.
         •   When you create a Sitefiy account and then use certain features, you must provide us with accurate and complete information, and you agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
The license we grant to you
          Subject to these Terms and our policies, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, irrevocable and revocable license to use our Services. The rights granted in this Agreement are for your personal, non-commercial use only unless you obtain written permission from us. You also agree that you will only create, access and/or use a username, and that you will not disclose access to your account or information related to your account to any third party, unless authorized by Sitefiy. Use of our Services does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
Commercial Use
          Commercial use of our services is strictly prohibited. All commercial use belongs to Sitefiy, Inc. It is subject to an agreement with. See our business page for more information. If you are an organization already using our services, separate the terms of use. These Terms do not govern the relationship between your organization and Sitefiy.
2. Provision of Content
Change in Instructional Content
          Sitefiy provides courses and content ("Content Provision") from universities and other service providers ("Content Provision"). When we look for content providers to export content around the world, unexpected events occur. Sitefiy reserves the right to remove, terminate, reschedule or modify content provided by the service provider or to change the grade or weight of any assignment, test or other assessment, individually or in combination. Details are set out in the Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability section below.
No Academic Credit
          Sitefiy does not grant academic credit for course completion. No academic credit will be awarded for participation in or completion of the Course unless otherwise stated by the lending institution. Even if a loan is received from one school, it cannot be assumed that the other school will accept the loan. You agree not to accept credit for completion of the Product unless you have received an academic certificate or other equivalent document for completion of the Product. Sitefiy, the instructor and associated content providers are not responsible for the certification of the product by any agency or accrediting body.
Disclaimer for Student-Content Provider Relationships
          Only as described in Degrees, MasterTracks and University Certificates Nothing in the following program sections, terms or other information relates to your participation in content provided by a Content Provider:
          (a) A content provider with you establishes a relationship between;
          (b) Register or enroll you in Service Provider Content or products provided by Service Provider Content;
          (c) Gives you the right to use the resources of any content providers other than those involved in providing the content.
3. Your Content
User Content
          The Service includes your content such as assignments, tests, exams, projects, other activities you post, what you do in forums, etc. allows you to share. ("Use of Author Content") In collaboration with Sitefiy, instructors and/or other users. You own and are responsible for all intellectual property rights in the User Content you create and share. User Content does not include course content or other materials provided or uploaded to the Sitefiy Platform by Content or its instructors using the Services or Platform. How Sitefiy and Others Use User Content
          To the extent you provide User Content, you grant Sitefiy a fully transferable, royalty-free, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to copy. Distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display or otherwise use the User Content used. This license includes the right for Sitefiy to authorize the Content Provider to use User Content with its registered students, college students, or other non-students. Nothing in these Terms limits any other legal rights Sitefiy may have in User Content, such as other licenses.
We reserve the right to remove or edit User Content for any reason, including User Content that we believe violates these Terms or other content. policies, including our Terms of Use and Terms of Service.
Feedback
          We welcome your ideas, suggestions, comments and other feedback about the Service ("Feedback"). By submitting feedback, you consent to our use of the feedback without restriction or compensation to you. By accepting your offer, Sitefiy does not waive any right to use similar or related offers previously known to Sitefiy, created by our employees, contractors, or obtained from other sources.
4. Security
          We care about the security of our users. Although we strive to maintain the security of your account and related information, Sitefiy cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to bypass our security measures. 5. Third Party Content
          Through the Service you may access and/or use content provided by instructors, other users and/or third parties, including links to websites and services operated by third parties. Sitefiy cannot guarantee that Third Party Content on the Services or elsewhere will be free of material you may find objectionable or objectionable, or free of malware or other viruses that may damage your computer, mobile device or file thereon. Sitefiy disclaims any responsibility or liability relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, third party content.
6. Copyright and Trademark
          Sitefiy respects the intellectual property rights of our users, our content and third parties, and expects our users to do the same when using the Services. We acknowledge and respect the following Sitefiy copyrights and trademarks in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
7. Academic Research
          Sitefiy is committed to supporting the development of learning and teaching and data about your participation will be used for academic research. You may be subject to changes in the content provided for the benefit of this work. Research results are often reported at an aggregate level. Your personal identity will not be publicly disclosed in search results without your express permission.
8. Change or Discontinuation of Our Services
          We are constantly changing and improving our services. We may add or remove functions, features or requirements, and we may suspend or discontinue entire parts of our Services (to the extent permitted by law). Accordingly, Sitefiy may terminate your use of any Service for any reason. If you discontinue your use of the paid service, you may receive a refund in accordance with our refund policy. We may not be able to provide service to certain regions or countries for a variety of reasons, including applicable export control or network access restrictions and government restrictions, or business or reputational reasons. Sitefiy, its service providers and instructors, partners, sponsors and other business partners, or their employees, contractors and other agency entities ("Sitefiy Parties") are not liable for any actions taken by you. You can stop using our services at any time, but we will regret leaving.
9. Disclaimers
          To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all included content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Sitefiy Entities expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and any liability arising from any dealing or usage of trade. The Sitefiy Parties further disclaim any and all liability related to your access to or use of the Service or related content. You acknowledge and agree that you access or use these Services or Content at your own risk.
10. General Terms
Change of Terms
          We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Except for changes to the Terms of Service and Class Action waivers, all changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon our posting. For material changes to the Terms, we will take reasonable steps to notify you of such changes via a banner on the site, email notification, other means, or a combination thereof. In any event, your continued use of the Services after the posting of such changes, with or without notice, will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Divisibility; Disclaimer
          If any provision of these Terms becomes unenforceable it will not affect the other provisions. If you fail to comply with these Terms and we do not take immediate action, this does not mean that we have waived any rights we may have (including future action).
Content Providers
          Our content providers and their respective service providers are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these terms of the Agreement with them.

Rights of Use at Sitefiy
          Our goal is to provide the world's best education for everyone. We believe in protecting the freedom of speech and expression of our users as well as the academic freedom of our service providers and teachers. We also want all users and instructors to feel safe and comfortable when using our services. We created this policy to ensure people understand and follow the rules when participating in our online communities and using our services.
We may remove or edit inappropriate content or activity that we find or report to us. We may automatically suspend, disable or terminate a user's access to all or part of the Services.
You are prohibited from using our Services to share the following content:
          (a) Contains illegal content or promotes illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities. Please note that Sitefiy users are only 13 years old and we do not allow content that is inappropriate for younger users.
          (b) There are credible threats or real-world threats. We do not allow content that poses a risk of personal injury or property damage, threatens people or public safety, or promotes or degrades creation.
          (c) Harming others. We encourage comments about people and things of public interest, but we do not allow personal abuse or other inappropriate content.
          (d) Violate intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Do not post content that you do not have the right to share, claim that you did not create it, or violate or misappropriate the ideas or other rights of others. Always credit the information you use or quote to the original maintainer.
Copyright and Trademark Policy
          Sitefiy respects the intellectual property rights of our service providers, instructors, users and other third parties and expects our users to do the same. By using our services. We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly charged with violating the copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights of others.
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") provides a remedy for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that material on the Sitefiy platform violates your rights and privileges, the DMCA allows you (or your agent) to send us a notice of request to delete data or access blocks of data.
The notice must include the following information:
          Signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the specific right claimed; a representative list of the works that have been infringed (or if several copyrighted works on the Platform are covered by a notification); ‑ Information about the material that is claimed to be infringing or infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Sitefiy to: Presence on the Platform.
         •   Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address (if any) of the complaining party.
         •   The complaining party is not authorized by law or is not authorized by law to use the material complained of, the copyright owner or its agent.

Sitefiy also respects the commercial rights of others. Accounts containing offensive or other content that violates another's trademark may be edited, removed, terminated, or terminated at Sitefiy sole discretion. Payment and Refund Policy
          For more information about our refund and cancellation policy, please see the information below. Please note that our policies may vary by product and payment method. Please note that we take violations of the Terms of Use and Honor Code very seriously and have no obligation to refund users who violate these or other Sitefiy policies, regardless of whether their request is made within the refund period. Similarly, we are not responsible for late refunds to users who did not receive the previous level of the product or are not satisfied with the final level. 1. One-Time Purchase
         •   Personal Refunds
         •   Mentoring Programs
         •   Sitefiy does not offer refunds for Mentoring Program payments.
         •   If you cancel your one-time registration for a course or major, Sitefiy will refund you within 7 days of payment or until you receive a training certificate, whichever occurs first.
         •   If you do not receive a Certificate of Completion within 180 days of enrolling in the Mentoring Program, your registration will terminate and you will be required to re-enroll in the Mentoring Program. Complete the Mentoring Program and receive a certificate of completion.
2. Monthly Mastery Subscriptions
Personal Refunds
          Sitefiy does not offer refunds for monthly Mastery Subscription plan fees.
Trial refund
          To avoid being charged during the free trial period, you must cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends. If you complete a course during the free trial period, Sitefiy reserves the right to charge you a monthly fee to obtain the course and/or professional certification.
Cancellation
          Your subscription will continue monthly unless you cancel or Sitefiy suspends or terminates your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month. You will continue to access your subscription for the remainder of the term, but you will not receive a refund. Sitefiy will terminate your registration at the end of the quarter in which you receive your major certification.
Definitions
          Transactions on Sitefiy Projects - All activities on the Sitefiy platform, including access and all course activities, are subject to these policies. Activities; This includes, but is not limited to, examinations, tests, operational reviews, evaluations, board meetings, training programs and facilities. These rights also include off-platform activities related to learning on the platform. Not Allowed - It should be noted that activities on the Sitefiy platform that violate the Sitefiy Terms of Use, course or platform rules, illegal activities, or violations of academic standards or student ethical standards are considered unauthorized.
1. Plagiarism
          Plagiarism is when you copy or copy text, ideas, or other material from another source without crediting the original author. Plagiarism also includes the practice of allowing someone else to borrow or modify your work and then submit it as your own. Students may discuss assessments on their own or with a teacher or tutor, but all assessments must be original work completed by the student. This includes works that have been translated, translated, or otherwise modified using mechanical devices. Plagiarism can also include self-plagiarism, when students submit the same work that they have submitted for other tests or samples without this behavior being explained and authorized.
2. Unauthorized use of information:
          Use or access unauthorized information (including electronic and electronic AI tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT or similar software or applications) or use unauthorized materials or equipment at any of Sitefiy events, unless stated otherwise. allowed.
3. Unauthorized collaboration:
          Collaborating with anyone on any Sitefiy activity unless otherwise authorized.
4. Contract Fraud:
          Paying for referrals to Sitefiy courses or working at Sitefiy events, marketing, or enabling another creator to work.
5.Impersonation:
          Complete work in Sitefiy activities (including but not limited to tests, assessments, and learning activities) while logged in as another user, or authorize other users to complete work in Sitefiy programs while logged into your program; Do not misrepresent written work submitted to Sitefiy. 6. Unauthorized sharing of resources: Provide information or solutions to others for assignments, quizzes, tests, assignments, and other assessments (except when the assessment explicitly permits shared solutions). This includes solutions written by you or other students, external sources, or solutions from course staff or others. 7. Fraud: Misrepresentation of articles or events (whether otherwise) that worked in the Sitefiy campaign or falsification of evidence to support a claim of a discount.
Other:
          Other behavior by others or any activity that unfairly treats you or attempts to unfairly increase your ranking or improve or undermine others in the Sitefiy study.
